Wednesday 26th October 1808
---------- Eleanor Maltsbargar widow and relect of Philip Maltsbargar late of this County deceased, not wishing to undertake the administration of the intestate estate relinguishes her right to John Maltsbarger of this County and thereupon the said John Maltsbarger together with Michael Bright and Barnett Crabtree is security, his securities entered and acknowledged therein bond to the governor for the time being and to his successor in the sum of Six hundred dollars with condition as the law directs, and the said John Maltsbarger having taken the oath of Administration. It is ordered that letters issued to him accordingly.

John Maltsbarger administrator of the estate of Philip Maltsbarger dec.d exhibited in Court an Inventory of the personal estate of the Descendant which was received and ordered to be recorded and is as follows:
An Inventory of the personal estate of Philip Maltsberger deceased returned this 26th day of October 1808 consisting of the following property towit: Two Beds, one Dutch Oven, One Kettle, two pails, two Horses, three Cows, and six Heifers, four sheep, four Hogs, and four Shoats, fourteen ducks, four or five acres of corn in the field.John Maltsberger, Adm.
