ARWOOD, BAILEY
In 1880, Bruce B. ARWOOD living in Greene Co. Fam. 281, p. 174.,age 25, b. in TN, parents born in NC, wife Alice C. age 22, children Dora 4, Walter 3 and Oscar 10/12. The B. in his name stands for Bailey..later known as Bailey Bruce Arwood. He was a foreman on the railroad in 1880. Living next door to him was ndrew Arwood, also worked on the railroad, age 18. I theorize that Andrew washis brother. HOWEVER, in the 1870 census I cannot find Bailey or Bruce living with any Arwood family in 1870 in Greene Co. Andrew, however, living with family of David Bailey age 48, and his wife Sarah age 45 and several ARWOOD children..John, George, Andrew and Nancy. The youngest Arwood is age 7, making it possible that their father was killed in the Civil War and mother Sarah remarried. AT any rate, Bruce B. is not in this family OR ANY OTHER Arwood family in 1870 when he would have been about 15, and also in any Arwood family in 1860 at age 5. Can anyone help with this family?

Seeking to connect with any MAYFIELDS from Greene County, TN. I suspect that my next link in my family was Charles MAYFIELD, b. 1775, SC, m. first wife in Washington County,TN. She died and he married his second wife, Lucinda E. MCCLURE on Dec. 25, 1856, in Greene County, TN. Charles was a veteran of the War of 1812.

SIMPSON, KING
Am looking for addition info. on Allen L. King and family; Harvey Simpson and family. Harvey's son Francis A. married a daughter of Allen's (Julia H. King). Allen and 2nd wife along with Francis and his wife and many children, grandchildren, are buried in Ellis Co. Kansas. Allen, Francis, and other family members went to Ellis Co. Kansas about 1875-1880.

VANCE, KILDAY, LONG
Joseph VANCE b. 1800-1810 married 17 Oct 1826 Rebecca KILDAY b. 1806 in Greene Co. also a Joseph VANCE married 26 Nov 1835 Elizabeth LONG in Greene Co. Does anyone know if this this is the same Joseph VANCE? He is listed in the 1830 and 1840 census but not in the 1850 census.

REED
I am looking for information about Watson Reed who made his will in Knox County on 7 March 1796. In it he mentions his wife Huldeth and his daughters Elizabeth and Hete N. Reed. His exexutors were his wife Huldeth and I believe his brother Robert. William Reed signed as a witness. This is either his brother or his father. He left some land on the north side of the Clinch river. I am looking for any information and or anyone who is connected to this family. Thanks!

PRATER, MORGAN
I am looking for information on Isaac PRATER b. abt. 1785, marr Sarah Morgan in Greene Co. 26 April 1806. Sarah may have been the daughter of Andrew and Barbara and died abt. 1821. Only know child was Barbara PRATER b. 15 April 1807 In Greene Co. She married Robert CROWDER 17 Jan 1828, also in Greene Co. Would like to learn somthing about these two families. They apparently lived in Greene Co. for many years.

RATCLIFF CEMETERY
Can anyone give clear directions to the Ratcliff Cemetery. All I know is that it is in the Oak Dale Community in the Seventeenth District. Buried there is a Henry Monteith, born 1733, died 1838, age 105.
